Spug : Definition n. a state of mind v. to listen to one’s self adj. rocken’ Spug Motion is the result of over 10 years of blending modern, Irish, and hip hop movements together through improvisation and intuition.
This contemporary collaboration of artists is brought together under the direction of Sinead Kimbrell, retired club kid and professional Irish dancer. Sinead lets the dynamics of the movement lead Spug Motion while using the individual talents of the Spuggers to shape the finished project.
